• A DAAB control board can provide a three-phase output from a three-phase input or single phase from a single input. Also, a three-phase output from a 230V input when inverters are installed. • Safety edge inputs that allow you to read the resistance and customise the acceptable range. • Power and current monitoring for both 230V and three phase motors. This provides obstacle detection that in creases the safety of the automation system. • Error codes are provided live but also logged and the history is accessible via the board which aids in fault finding. The list of error codes is comprehensive and provides detail of the possible cause but most importantly the best cause of action. • When using an encoder, the stopping points are programmed and so there is no need to fit physical stops. • Six inputs that are programmable on the board. • The LEDs provide clear feedback for fault diagnosis. The green lights should be on and amber lights change state according to the gates position. Red lights should be off and if they come on it clearly indicates the source of the issue.

Safecoder is an absolute encoder directly connected on the Bus 2Easy input It can be retrofitted onto existing 230Vinstallations for additional safety when using the E145S control board and 24V installations when using E024S and E124S boards. • Rapid obstacle detection assists compliance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC • Directly fitted on the bracket (FAAC patent) • Easy to retrofit on existing installations • Very high detection accuracy (automatic or manual) of the end of travel and deceleration points • Possible to configure the system without physical stops.
