With GREENTECH, FAAC identifies systems for the automation of gates with a combination of the latest generation control boards, and mechanical devices or patented technological innovations that allow the reduction of the energy consumption of automation systems such as: • Switching power supply with low energy consumption instead of traditional laminated or toroidal transformers. • Efficient mechanical reduction systems (CYCLO - Patent FAAC ) for automatic sliding gates (mechanical efficiency of 80% = more than twice the conventional reductions); • System optimization of opening and closing (Energy Saving) in walkways (automatic doors); • Control cards with the possibility of enabling states of stand-by mode to reduce power consumption when the automation is not in operation; • SAFEcoder absolute encoder (FAAC patented) to reduce the time of actual work. The goal is a better environment and a tangible benefit for the end user, due to the reduction in the estimated energy costs required by the automation system.
