TK20 PROFILES

Slim and lightweight Profile for automatic entrances with reduced profile thickness of 20 mm. Thanks to their simple construction, this series of profiles and seals, can be cut and assembled by using simple hand/battery tools. These characteristics will make the onsite construction or repair quick and easy. The FAAC TK20 configurator, will generate a cutting list that details the profiles and seals required to construct the entrance. The glazing dimensions are also calculated using the configurator. Technical drawings and assembly manuals will provide the simple steps to carry out the installation.

TK35 PROFILES

The new TK35 series profiles make the leaves easy to manage and assemble. The profiles are made of 35 mm EN AW-6060 extruded aluminium sections, suitable for making doors for standard or telescopic automatic entrances. The TK35 system can house the seals for 10 mm single or 24 mm double glazing panels. Rubber inserts and brush strips fitted on the leading edge of the doors

ensure a precise seal to limit the entry of air and dust when the doors are closed. The top, bottom and rear door profiles house a unique interlocking system that ensure a continuous draught seal around the entrance in the closed position. This system increases the capability of the entrance to prevent heat dispersion.

TK50 PROFILES

This 50mm profile provides a high mechanical robustness to the entrance is able to accept single glass thickness of 8 mm or 10 mm and double glazed units up to 32 mm thick. The vertical profiles and the glass fix ing beads have a rounded edge in order to increase the safety and aes thetics of the entrance. The external sliding leaves have an interlocking profile on the rear edge that seals into a ā€œUā€ profile on the frame to pro

vide a barrier against cold, noise and dust when the doors are closed. A brush insert on the bot tom of the door frame and the interlocking rubber contacts between the doors add the energy effi ciency of the entrance. The glazing position in the leaves means the doors are able to retract fully gaining approx. 190 mm extra opening compared to a standard commercial frame.
